About SAPtips Management Team

As President of Klee Associates, Andy has evolved from "one guy with a 4 page newsletter" to the leader of one of the premier JD Edwards and SAP training and consulting practices in North America. He considers himself very fortunate to have been able to attract some of the best people in the business to the Klee team.

Until 2003, when Andy had to stop doing consulting and training and dedicate himself full-time to running the growing Klee Associates training and consulting practice, Andy had implemented JD Edwards solutions longer than most. He started with JD Edwards in 1989 and has been involved in training, consulting, and project management for 18 years. He was one of the first consultants to implement the Energy and Chemical Suite. He also has over 10 years experience with Advanced Pricing, dating back to before the first release on A7.1.

Andy started publishing the JDEtips Journal and website in 2000. Andy developed the concept of Mastery Workshops for the install base in 2001, and is busy creating more value-add services for both new clients, and the install base. In late 2002, Andy made a decision to start www.SAPtips.com.

Jocelyn Hayes, Director Consulting and Training

Jocelyn has over 10 years of SAP experience. She has worked for a big 4 consulting firm as a Sr. SAP Consultant and then moved into independent consulting. Recently, she has developed ESA Roadmaps using Netweaver tools, including Visual Composer, XI, Enterprise Portal, and BI. She also led a CRM Business Process Re-engineering project. Jocelyn’s focus primarily has involved the Logistics modules of SAP and currently migrating clients to more user-friendly applications using SAP’s most advanced solutions. Jocelyn has recently joined the Klee Associates team and looks forward to working with clients to match our Mastery Level consultants to their training and consulting requirements.

Laura Donovan, Director of Publications

Laura Donovan is Director of Publications for Klee Associates, Inc., with responsibility for the SAPtips and JDEtips Journals and the editing and production of our Mastery-Level Training Manuals. Laura has over 30 years experience in the software arena, where she has specialized in user documentation and training development and delivery. She’s held in-house publications and training management positions and has worked as a consultant.

Cheryl A. Cave, Managing Editor

Cheryl has acted as project manager for several multi-million dollar SAP training initiatives throughout North America. She has been in I.T. management for more than fifteen years, including data-center management, project management, change management, systems analysis, data modeling, quality management, and business process reengineering. The bulk of her career has centered on Information and Training design and delivery. Cheryl has written for a major metropolitan newspaper and performed freelance editing for three large publishing houses. Cheryl can be reached at Cheryl.Cave@ERPtips.com.

Mark Downs, Director of Subscription Sales

Mark joined Klee Associates, Inc. in January, 2005 as our Manager of Subscription Sales for both SAPtips and JDEtips. Mark has an extensive background in sales, and also worked for Ford Motor Credit for several years. Mark lives in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Terri Wylie, Customer Service Manager

Terri has 10 years medical transcription experience with three of those years running her own business before joining Klee Associates. She started in data entry and quickly became our Database Administrator before moving to serve as our Customer Service Manager.
