Jocelyn Hayes
heads up our SAP consulting and training practice. Jocelyn
brings over ten years of solid SAP experience to this role, plus
a great deal of passion and enthusiasm. She truly enjoys the
challenge of solving problems creatively and collaboratively.
Jocelyn began her ERP career as part of an SAP implementation
team for IBM. As the project transitioned from implementation to
“go live”, to support, she realized she thrived on the technical
challenges presented in implementation, and chose to pursue a
career along this path. She is a proven turnaround specialist
who has fulfilled strategic roles in numerous successful
implementations, whether teamed with respected firms such as
KPMG and Bearing Point, or as an independent consultant.
