Help with Logging Into SAPtips
Only paid readers and primary subscribers can login to SAPtips and download our content.  Use the email address that you signed up with.  If you can't remember the password you setup, just leave it blank and you'll see your password reminder phrase.

Click here to change your password and password reminder phrase.Please remember that if you are a brand-new subscriber or paid reader, it takes us 1-2 business days to update your contact info to the database, and you will get  a notice at that time explaining how to set up your password, and gain access to our content.

If you are new to SAPtips, here's an overview of the signup and login process:

  • The process begins with a subscriber who decides to subscribe and fills out the subscription form.  Subscription info is here.
  • Once the subscriber fills out the form, others in the company may fill out the Paid Reader form here.
  • The next step is manual on our part.  We receive the forms, put your contact information into our database, and synchronize the database with the website.  We then email you instructions on how to setup a profile (one-time only) and how to access our content. This process takes 24-48 hours.
  • Once you receive the email, you can setup your profile here.  Once your profile and password are setup, you will be guided to login and to the Document Library for our content.
  • When you want to login in the future, you can just use the login box on the home page.

Frequently Asked Questions About Logging In

1. Can I login immediately after I pay by credit card?

No, there are manual steps that we do to put your data into the database and allow others to sign up.  It generally takes 24-48 hours, and then you'll receive an email with instructions.

2. What if my email address changes?

Please notify Customer.Service@ERPtips.com.  We'll get back to you within one business day with details on how to setup a new profile.

3. What if I can't remember my password? 

Try signing in on the home page and leave the password blank.  You'll see your password reminder phrase.  If that doesn't help, use the Request Password function here or see next question for help with changing your password.

4. What if I want to change my password?

5. What if I can't sign in?

Review the steps above.  Are you the main Subscriber or did you fill out the Paid Reader form?  Did you setup your profile with a password?  If you feel you did everything correctly, please email Customer.Service@ERPtips.com and we'll figure it out right away. 

6. How many readers are we allowed?

If you are an SAP client, you can sign up unlimited readers.  Send them to the Paid Reader  form and we'll take care of it from there.

If you are a consulting firm or software provider, you have purchased access for a specific number of readers. 1-5, 6-10, 11-20, etc. If you need more licenses, email Customer.Service@ERPtips.com and ask for a quote for an upgrade.

7. Does each individual reader need to sign up? 

Yes, our document delivery system requires each reader to be able to sign in and request documents. 

8. How often does SAPtips send emails to our readers?

We send emails six times a year when the new issues and white papers are announced.  We do occasionally send an extra email announcing special events such as our training courses.  Anyone who does not want to receive these emails can respond with a "Remove" request.

9. Does SAPtips ever sell its mailing list to anyone else?

We do not and we never will.  We have received offers to sell or share our list, but it is vitally important to us that we never break our word to you.  We will never share your information with anyone else.
